In July 2017, I shall be swimming the Solent from the Isle of Wight to Portsmouth to raise funds and awareness for those living with and affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

The Solent is one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world, with traffic ranging from passenger to military ships, with very strong and complex currents. So, when Tony asked if I was up for the challenge, there was only one answer!
