Dear Friend

I am running my 14th  Great North Run on the 10th September to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. I' m running with a colleague who unfortunately lost her mother to Alzheimer's and as decided to run the Great North Run in her memory. Julie ran the very first GNR and after an absence of  37 years and at the age of 60 is running it again and I will be joining her.
