Once again I'm organising and cycling the Barclays Wheels for Change charity 100km cycle.  With rain and wind forecast it promises to be a real challenge, let alone the fact my training was rudely interrupted by having my bike stolen.  I'll be joining around 400 colleagues on the day and the organisation of this annual event has been challenging but enjoyable as always.

This is our 6th year and to date we've raised over £1.5 million for good causes.  This year we're supporting The Prince's Trust again and the incredible work they do supporting young people who haven't had the best start in life into training, further education and employment.  The money you donate will make a huge difference to their opportunities to succeed in life.
