I'm going to be completing the Great Manchester Run (10k) on May 28th to raise money for The Samaritans in Manchester. Their door has been open when I've needed it most. I'm lucky because I do have an amazingly supportive network of friends but sometimes it really makes a difference to speak to someone totally separate my situation. Someone who listens without judgement. 

The Samaritans are there for everyone, anyone and play an especially important role in helping people who don't have someone to turn to. 

This is for everyone who has just needed to talk to someone.
