Both my son and daughter were diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 8. They now face a lifetime of multiple daily insulin injections and blood sugar tests. Complications of this disease can include blindness, amputation and premature death. Jeremy

So to help with the fundraising Dickie and myself, 2 guys in their mid fifties, are going to ride the 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby on a rather uncomfortable old tandem. We have had a few test rides and haven't fallen off yet.

If you are able please please help the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to continue funding the essential research (much of which is in Cardiff University) towards discovering a cure for this terrible disease.
