"Calling all Firefighters, Rugby Players, friends and families I need your help!!!"
On Friday 12th May to Saturday 13th May I am taking part in a world record attempt of playing 31 eye watering hours of rugby to raise funds for the firefighters charity.
I am a serving firefighter for Warwichshire Fire & Rescue Service and a keen rugby player and I would like you to help me raise £700 towards our team target of £16,100.
The firefighters charity helps those serving, retired and family members of those we have lost in this job serving our communities. Being the 4th generation of my family to work in the fire service I would like to do my bit and help raise the much needed funds to support this fantastic charity that one day I, your father, mother, brother, sister etc may need to call upon one day by playing the beautiful game of rugby. Your donation and support however big or small will be greatly appreciated.
So help me reach my target and going down in the record books for playing the longest game of rugby and supporting a good cause.
