Most of us i'm sure have lost a loved one to Cancer or know some one who has.  My Dad passed away some time ago now from throat cancer, but daily in our lives you will hear how some one else has had the same sad news.

To raise money i'm taking part of a formation team called Stars in our ICE we are 8 friends from Welsh ICE who have never danced before.

Thanks to our professional dancers Bethan and Cerys who are putting us through our paces we are now well on our way to becoming a very good formation team.
