The South Coast Challenge is going to be a huge challenge for me,100km between Eastbourne and Arundel on 26 August but i am determined to succeed! I chose to walk and raise money for Alzheimers Society having been personally affected by the impact of dementia on a loved one, my dear Dad. However this is not just for me or for my Dad but for everyone else who has been affected by this cruel disease. I am walking with an amazing group of ladies who i know feel as passionately about this as i do!! We have named our team 'One Trek Minds' and we are a great support to one another.
