I'm always up for a challenge and this is one MIGHTY challenge.  Along with a fantastic team of ladies known as 'One Trek Minds' I will be taking part in the 2017 South Coast Challenge.  We will be walking 100km between Eastbourne and Arundel on 26th August.

I'm already a Dementia Friend and I am helping with the work to make Uckfield a Dementia Friendly Town, so........when I heard that some friends were looking for team members for a charity walk for the Alzheimer's Society I put my hand up........ and then thought about the challenge afterwards! Yikes!

We've got a lot of training to do between now and August and we will be out most weekends on The Downs or Ashdown Forest.
