With everything so negative and sad that is going on in the world right now. We need to do our bit no matter how small in rebuilding our community, also those communities around the world who need it more than us! I'm hoping whatever amount I raise through Penny Appeal will help families and children affected by the war in Syria. Get food and shelter in a safe place, so they can start to rebuild their lives away from the devastation that has torn their country apart. 

I'm also taking on a personal challenge and try to see how quick I can run this half marathon set myself a time of 1hr and 40 minutes. In the process maybe just maybe beat one of my good friends Kevin (he doesn't know that's what I'm planning).
