Hello Everyone!

On the 19th March I will be running a 13.1 mile marathon with Penny Appeal alongside other charities at the Coventry Half Marathon. 

People in Aleppo are struggling to survive in what the UN calls a 'complete meltdown of humanity'. We need your urgent help to provide emergency aid to Syria and neighboring countries with people fleeing from violence. 

Currently there are over 11 million affected and forced out of their homes, in need of basic sanitation, food and water. The money raised will aid the distribution of food packs, mattresses, blankets, clothes, hygiene kits, kitchen stoves, shelter and more. 

We must find it in our hearts to help those that are particularly vulnerable, as currently there is not enough aid to keep up with the increasing impoverishment.
