This year I decided to set myself a challenge didn't know what challenge but when I received information from the Alzheimer's Society about different events I thought well why not....

Dementia impacts those with dementia and all those living around them. I see this every day at my day service. I also see what the Alzheimer's Society do to provide invaluable support, they provide care, information 24hrs a day, forums, activities as well as carry out essential research into cures for the many types of dementia as well as helping society to understand dementia. This is why I have chosen to raise money for this charity. 

So I went on good old Facebook and asked who would like to join me. I had a great response and the One Trek Minds team was born.

It's going to be a huge undertaking and challenge but I can't wait!
