After careful consideration after being asked by Coolair if I'd like to participate in their charity bike ride for Challenge Cancer I decided I was up for the challenge. We've nearly all been effected by cancer at some point in our life and Challenge Cancers aim of raising funds for national, regional & local charities for the research, prevention & awareness of cancer can only be a good thing. 

The challenge is a 450km bike ride through the technically demanding narrow ways & unmade tracks of the Mekong Delta where temperatures in the mid 30's and a high humidity will take their toll.
