Myself and my fellow team mates of One Trek Minds are challenging ourselves to walk the 62 miles of the South Coast Challenge to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society.

Some of our group, including myself have personal experience of dementia and more research is desperately needed into this disease. 

Any amount you can spare will be of a great help and raising money for a good cause will spur us on when the miles start to get tough!
