Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Many people suffer from mental health issues at some point in their lives and me and my family are no exceptions.
Running is one of the most effective anti-depressants there is. There have been so many occasions where my thoughts have turned dark and by going out for a run my brain has been flooded with light and positivity.
So what better way to #BeatTheBlues than by running every day? December and January, engulfed in dark nights and dreary winter days can prove to be a depressing time for many; by completing this challenge I can help highlight the wonderful work that the Mind charity does to help those with mental health issues and raise some dosh for them at the same time.
