The committed mental health staff working in our Community Enhancing Recovery Team (CERT) know well the depths and serious pain that people with mental health problems can suffer, and dedicate our working lives to standing alongside those people to help them learn to recognise the strength they have.

Our own strength comes from our connection to each other, and the support, commitment , hope and most importantly joy we can bring to each other and service users when we work together.

Running every day for 31 days of January will challenge us, and most of us are out of our comfort zone, doing something we would never have tried. The sense of achievement, fun and connection this brings us, we will share with the rest of our team and hope that light can be shown in the darkest of corners when people need it most.
