We've been inspired to run everyday in January thanks to Mind's R.E.D. campaign. We're keen runners but know how hard it is to get out and get in the miles on a grey January day. Mind is a charity close to our hearts and a little regular exercise on a daily basis can help beat the blues whatever the time of year.
