KERRYS REASONS
I massively suffer with mental health issues and last year found this really help d me to embrace it rather than keep it hidden! This year I'm doing this for both fitness and so I keep pushing myself all the way through January it's bloody hard but it's so worth it at the end!!!

GEORGE'S REASONS..... did the challenge last year to support my wife and again this year to support anyone affected my mental health problems, It's a truely worthy cause and I'm more than happy to support through running every day, thanks for all your support  guys

CARLEY'S REASONS....I am always amazed by what my cousin Kerry can achieve and watched her complete this challenge (via Facebook) last year and she has inspired me to take part this year.  Towards the end of 2016 I found myself suffering from stress and anxiety so have decided to take on the challenge not only for fitness but to overcome my own difficulties and to raise awareness and support others.  Thanks for the  support xx
