Hi,
So, I've signed up for this challenge where I have to run or walk every day in January. I'm hoping it will motivate me to get out and about every day, helping me survive one of the worst months for my mental health and continuing the momentum with my running.
I aim to run at least 3 miles every other day and walk as far as possible on the other days.
I'll be raising money for MIND at the same time.
I realise it's a rubbish time of year to ask people for money, but anything you can spare will be much appreciated. MIND is a charity that works hard to support those of us with mental illness and it would be great to be able to give something back.
