I'm sure there's a number of you who have been involved with Florence Nightingale and appreciate the work they do so can understand why we've chosen this charity to support.  I've had first hand experience of how good they are as they cared for my Granddad and they deserve as much support as they can get! 

On Saturday 8th April, I'll be doing a skydive with a group from work (which you are all more than welcome to come and watch!) and would appreciate any donations to make this all worthwhile.
