On Sunday 11 December I'm taking part in Nottm2Derby - a 20 mile run from Nottingham Forest's City Ground to Derby County's iPro Stadium to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Legs dependent (i.e. if we can stand up) we'll then watch the game, before hopping on a bus back to Nottingham to celebrate our achievement.

The runners are a mix of Forest and Derby fans, proving once again that football can bring people together to highlight and help important causes. Any money you can spare would be much appreciated.
