R.E.D is a charity challenge helping to shine a light on mental health issues, all in association with the charity mind.

After being diagnosed with anxiety and having family members who suffer from depression this charity event has inspired me to take part in an activity which helps promote mental well being.

Together we are able to outrun depression and anxiety one day at a time and come closer to a future where mental illness is understood more and more respected.
