Today I am running 5k as part of a virtual run, this involves people taking part all over the country and posting their times online to form one big virtual race.

Any donations would be hugely appreciated. Reverse Rett are an amazing charity who help fund research in finding a cure for Rett Syndrome. My 6 year old daughter Georgia was diagnosed at the age of 3. To live every day with a daughter who is trapped in a body that can't function properly but understands everything around her is heart breaking. Seeing stories of the hundreds of other girls (and the rare miracle boys) makes you feel less alone but also the need to find a cure for the syndrome.
