Florie is a 6 year old girl from Hertfordshire who has a condition called a Rett Syndrome.

After normal development, She is stuck in a body that doesn't work for her. She faces many challenges so running 5k is the Least I can do. Her brother Morgan who is 11 is really keen to help so is doing it with me.

We plan to go out on Saturday 15th to run our   5k
