We are supporting the Hearts & Souls charity which is a Cardiac Rehabilitation service in Buckinghamshire totally reliant on donations.  We became aware of this charity after a good friend suffered a serious cardiac event.

Hearts & Souls is a registered charity that needs to raise more than £20,000 a year to fund the exercise classes, equipment and specialist trainers for the award-winning cardiac rehabilitation programme in Buckinghamshire.  This helps around 1,000 patients get back to normal after cardiac events every year.  This part of the rehabilitation programme is not fully funded by the NHS and relies entirely on charitable donation.  You can find out all about Hearts & Souls at www.heartsandsouls.org.uk
