Us Solly girls (Sarah, Hannah, Ruth, and myself (Rachel), plus our younger sisters Grace and Faith) come from an amazing all female family! We were brought up by our incredible Mum, Kate and have been blessed with being part of a strong family unit with a 'can do' attitude.

Since meeting another awesome family, who have a little girl with Rett Syndrome I have wanted to support this Charity and all it does for girls and their families.

Earlier this year I took part in the 5x50 challenge, where I walked/cycled/ran 5k everyday for 50 days. This time I've roped in the whole tribe (including spouses and kids, even the baby!) to complete a 5k over the weekend of 14-16th October, wherever we are in the world. 

So, from us girls (and boys) to you girls, we want to support you all we can, so that one day you will also be able to have a 'can do' lifestyle, with nothing to hold you back!
