Im sure over the years many people would have wanted to see me hanging by a rope from a great height, well now is your chance to see this happen. 

I will be abseiling down Pembroke Dock fire station on 26th September and raising money for two local charities-The National Autistic Society Pembrokeshire branch and Paul Satorri, both are really great charities you can chose which one you would like your donation to go too
