Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After following Hannah's story and then seeing Sally Barr's status on Facebook to Challenge herself to raise money for Hanna's Charity https://www.willberrywonderpony.org. I wanted to join her and others to do the same.

I have always loved horses from a child and as soon as i left school and brought my first horse, i have only ever hacked around the countryside and as a young adult had a couple of Show jumping rounds (very low ley) and a very disastrous XC round which led to me ending up in hospital!

My Challenge is to learn to ride properly so that i can attempt to compete in a British Eventing class at 80cm in Autumn 2017.  To my non horsey friends this is:

1. Complete a Dressage test

2. Complete a Show jumping round (with out getting eliminated or falling off)

3. Complete a Cross country round (with out getting eliminated or falling off)

This for me is a huge challenge and i truly hope i can succeed in this. Could i please ask for your support along the way and to help me along the way i would love if you could sponsor me by donating to this wonderful charity that Hannah started, even a £1 would be great.  Please read Hannah's story as she is the one who has inspired me to do this.

All funds raised will go towards bone cancer research and granting horsey wishes to those with serious illnesses. In Hannah’s words ‘Willberrys Wishes’ allows seriously ill people like me, but not just with cancer, to have their dream of some kind of horsey experience granted by Willberry just as he’s granted so many of mine.”
