On Saturday 2nd September 2017 I will be participating in probably my toughest ever challenge of 1 Mile of Burpee Broadjumps.

I wanted to do something totally different & challenging, so what more than everyone's favourite exercise BURPEES! I am going to do this for the Macmillian Nurses Charity as they did an amazing job looking after my Dad before he passed away & don't think they get the recognition that they fully deserve!! 

Also I am fundraising for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a severe disease which causes the muscles to weaken and waste away; currently only 2, 500 young people have been diagnosed in the UK.

I want to promote both charities & help out as much as I can, so if you can please like, share & sponsor these worthwhile charities for my Epic Quest, it would be greatly appreciated!
