Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just giving page. For many years I have lived with depression and anxiety. I have had amazing support from family,friends but also through Mental Health charity's such as MIND. These charity's have given me the support,help and advice to get myself back on my own feet and taught me how to live daily with my mental illness. They have also given me the confidence to be open about my mental illness and help to others who suffer. I am,with other Fit Mummies from our bootcamp, flipping a 45k tyre from Chichester to Lavant, to raise money for MIND , and would really appreciate if you could support us by making a donation,so we can give something back to those who helped us and enable them to keep supporting others.
