I am crossing Scotland west to east in 4 days by bike and canoe as part of the DofE Scotland team. Days 1 and 2 will be on the bike from Ardnamurchan to Fort William and then onto Granton - 60 and 70 miles respectively. Days 3 and 4 will be canoeing down the Spey.
