On Friday 9th September 2016 I'm cycling 100km in the Barclays Wheels for Change challenge. Starting at the velo stadium in the Olympic park at Stratford I'll be heading out with 450 other participants to the outskirts of my hometown Chelmsford in Essex and back again to raise vital funds to support The Princes Trust.
