Lizzie and I are taking part in a sponsored cycle ride to raise money for Cancer Research UK, with a team of 40 riders from Inspired Living. We are doing a 10 day ride, joining the group at Lyon and finishing in Rome. 

The aims of Inspired Living are:

1)To inspire ordinary men and women to adopt healthier lifestyles to reduce their risk of contracting cancer.

2)To raise £1 million for Cancer Research.

As many of you know, Lizzie and I sadly have a greater reason than ever for wanting to help Cancer Research with their essential work, so please donate.
