In July, a team of us are running the Great Newham London 10K Run around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, taking in the iconic venues from that golden summer of London 2012 and finishing in the former Olympic Stadium itself. We're looking to raise as much money as we can for XLP, which is working to create positive futures for young people in some of the toughest parts of inner London, and make a serious and sustainable impact upon poverty and educational failure.

As well as giving me an incentive to keep going when my legs start to hurt, any pennies or pounds that you can spare would make a huge difference and will enable XLP to bring hope into the lives of more young people in inner London.
