We are attempting to drag a tired old Ford all the way from
our home in Northamptonshire, across Europe, to the South of Spain in five days
(and back again - fingers crossed) to raise funds for Marie Curie. 

The nurses at Marie Curie give care and support for people
living with any terminal illness, and their families, bringing light in the
darkness.   They work night and day, helping people
throughout their illness by giving practical information, support from trained
volunteers and being there when someone wants to talk.  Last year, their nurses provided more than
1.3 million hours of nursing to 31,558 people, as well as supporting their
families at an incredibly difficult time. 
Surely we can all do something to help; we hope you’ll help us raise
cash by sponsoring us as we attempt this Banger Rally Challenge.

Armed only with a Ford Cougar that cost less than £500 and
is already proving a spiteful creature, we know that this trip will be full of
trials and tribulations.
