Story
Following on from my skydive in 2015, I felt like I wanted another challenge for 2016. On the 3rd September I plan to walk 25km in under 6hrs across the Peak District.
I couldn't think of a better charity to do it for again than Sheffield Children's Hospital, so that they can continue the amazing work that they do.
Most people who supported me for my first challenge will know my story and why I chose to raise money for The Children's Hospital Charity. To thank Sheffield Children's Hospital for the wonderful care they provided to my friends Helen and Hermann and their beautiful daughter Amelia when she was just 5 weeks old, who has a heart condition and need life saving treatment.
So far as a group (The Royal Victorians) we have smashed our original £25,000 target, which has gone to building an extra bedrooms so that parents can stay with their unwell children throughout their hospital stay. Thank you to everyone who supported us. But now we plan to raise enough money to build an additional bedroom and would very much appreciate your support again.
