On the 9th of July, myself and 8 members of the Mitchell Skoda team we set out on our Coast 2 Coast ride to raise money for Ronald McDonald house in Arrowe Park Hospital.

This amazing charity helps families stay together through difficult times associated with premature birth at Arrowe park Hospital on the Wirral.

At sunrise, the team will depart from the West coast of Whitehaven for the 136 mile trip across the North lakes and Pennines to the East coast, just outside of Sunderland. Aiming to arrive before sunset, this team of cyclist will be supported by two other members of the Mitchell team, Sarah and Paul.
