This Friday is the Warner Wild Ride, our annual cycle to Brighton. Do take a moment to have a look at the tremendous work Centrepoint do for young homeless people in the capital.

I'm meant to be getting sponsorship for cycling but to be honest I really don't feel comfortable asking as...

1. Lots of you were hugely generous last year.

2. A day off cycling to Brighton is my idea of a perfect day. I'm not sure you should be supporting me with your hard earned to do something so enjoyable.

So, I need to do something slightly more challenging...

Over the past few years I've become something of a sweep over ninja but frankly I'm kidding myself. The follicles have done their time and they're knackered, spent, finished. Consequently there is no option other than to come out as a slaphead.

I'm going to take the plunge and embrace the baldness and will be shaving my head in preparation for the ride so I'd like you to dig deep and sponsor me in support of Centrepoint.
