Story
Over the past several months my friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer, been operated on, endured chemotherapy and is mid-way through radiotherapy treatment. She's also had to explain cancer to her young kids when their main priorities should be getting covered in mud and chasing butterflies.
On 26th June, Justin & I, my friend and a whole bunch of other friends are running 5k to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Ok, so it's not a massive race, but this isn't about running a Ultra, this is about solidarity.
Cancer Research receives no government funding, yet they perform vital research that will hopefully mean one day no more people will have to explain cancer to people they love. Even if it's just a little, please give to continue this research.
Don't forget to add Gift Aid
