Those of you that are following our progress will know that we have already taken part in the 10k road race.  Adam and Tracey are now planning to take part in the 100k bike ride and we have also roped in Tracey's other half, Colin!  Please, please, please help us raise as much as we can for this incredibly worthy cause.
