I will be taking part in Tough Mudder Yorkshire on the 6th August at Broughton Hall, Skipton to raise funds for Martin House Children's Hospice.

Tough Mudder, if you have never heard of it, is a team-oriented 10-12 mile obstacle course designed to test physical strength and mental grit. Tough Mudder puts camaraderie over finisher rankings and is not a race but a team challenge. I will be completing this with over 50 of my collegues.
