hey! 

so, a few months ago I got up one day and went for a run. Ever since then I have been running regularly and been hitting personal targets. It occurred to me that I should put all this running to good use. Me and a few of my friends decided to join the 'Race for Life' pretty muddy run in July this year. I couldn't be prouder of myself for doing this and raising money to help in the fight against cancer. Unfortunately we will all be affected by cancer at some point in our life's so now is the best time to try to help pervent this though donations for research. I am truly thankful for the donations and support. Help me kick cancers arse!!
