I have been involved with MTL for the past 16 years. What they teach about how to live one's life with integrity and truth telling has made all the difference to the relationships I have with my 2 amazing teenagers and my husband of nearly 20 years.

I have witnessed people that have taken this transformative training really wake up to who they truly are and all that they can be - not about money, fame or trying to be something fake but finding the star within and doing this daily through practice, choosing how they want to be and having gratitude for all that life offers, even when and probably more so when life becomes challenging and difficult.
