I'm Natalie, I've had Crohn's disease for over 3 years. I've had 2 major operations, one being a life saving emergency op which left me with an ileostomy bag, and I'm now on Humira injections due to a current flare.

Simon and I, who both have IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), are hosting a charity evening where we hope to raise awareness for both Crohn's and Colitis as well as raising money for Cure Crohn's and Colitis. 

We have chosen this charity as we believe that it needs more recognition as it may not be as well known as other charities and we like what they charity stands for and what it does. All money donated to C3 goes towards finding a cure.
