Afrika Tikkun is a South African organisation devoted to implementing meaningful, measurable programmes to help disadvantaged young people realise their inherent potential - from cradle to career. Jen is personally involved as a trustee in the UK and Mark has visited the Afrika Tikkun centres in SA many times. We are so proud that our company, Six Degrees, has chosen to support the charity this year.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, this year Mark is doing a duathlon (his first ever!) - a 5k run, 20k bike, 5k run. Jen is participating in a team doing the triathlon - she is doing both the bike and run. At the moment Jen would struggle to run for the bus...and this is Mark's first ever formal event. But we are confident that with a lot of training, we'll get there! 

We realise that the worthy causes are almost limitless these days and we appreciate anything you're able to donate.
