Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Together with three colleagues and supported generously by our employer, the French bank Natixis, we are cycling from London to Paris at the end of May. The route we will ride is 450 km spread over three days averaging 150 km a day. 

I only started active cycling 6 months ago which helped me a lot to recover from a nasty virus infection I caught at the end of 2014. Finding the motivation to get up early on Sunday mornings to take the bike out into the cold British winter weather for long training rides had been a great challenge, but meeting new people and feeling the progress with my recovery has always been very rewarding.

To expand the benefits of cycling beyond my personal experience and the actual event, we decided to ride for the SANE Charity and every penny you donate will go directly to SANE, a leading UK mental health charity.
