I am taking part in Tough Mudder 2016 on Saturday August 6th  with my work colleagues at arvato UK who are collaboratively aiming to raise £10,000 for the Princes Trust who they support with volunteering and fundraising as patrons of the trust.

For anyone who is unfamiliar with Tough Mudder, it is a  10-12 mile obstacle race, the majority of it through thick wet Mud and freezing water where I can expect to be dunked, electrocuted and tear gassed as I attempt the obstacles!! sounds fun!

Those of you who know me well will know that that no make-up, Wet, frizzy, muddy hair, Swimming (especially under water) and exercise in general are all my worst nightmares so this will be a real challenge for me, currently I would struggle to run to the end of the street without an energy bar so this could be an interesting day!

I have been tasked with an individual target of raising £200 to go towards arvato's total donation to the princes trust. I would be grateful if you can donate anything at all to help me reach my target.

In return I promise to add lots of amusing and probably embarrassing photos of the day for you all to laugh at!!
