My friends daughter Elsa passed away from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (or SMA) last April at the age of just nine months old. For the last few days of her life, the family were all cared for at Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice.

Since the celebration of life (they don't call it a funeral), Bluebell Wood have supported the whole family, offering counselling and support, Christmas Parties and a memorial service.

So just like to show my support to both Elsa family & the most amazing Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. By running / walking 5k whilst people throw paint at me / us
