Story
6 Paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service have taken on the UK Challenge - where teams from all industries spend three long, exhausting, tiring days pitting their wits and fitness against each other to complete problem solving tasks by running, cycling, rowing and swimming (while sleep deprived) to collect clues. We are also going to be rowing the length of the English Channel on a Concept2 Rower. Why are we doing this? Well it's to raise money for an awesome cause - Shelterbox is a charity that sends emergency relief boxes that contain essentials needed to keep families alive in the first few days after a disaster.
