Many of you will know that I have done this kind of thing before and the last time (2 years ago) I really did feel that I would be giving it up because the task was almost beyond me.

Well I was asked again and said yes, because who doesn't want to see a dentist suffering!

Please support this excellent charity and I will furnish you with photos of me suffering whilst climbing for up to 6 hours a day, in the freezing rain (yes it's not always warm in the pyrenees).

50 of us will be cycling up to 100 miles a day for 5 days to travel along the Mountains from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic Ocean and are hoping to raise an immense £50k to make a massive difference to this very worthwhile cause.
